Butterfly Diptych

I created Butterfly Diptych by montaging a black and white figure with a color butterfly in Photoshop. I inverted the colors and mirrored the images to give it an otherworldly feel. The digital print is mounted on a frame that is made with hand-sifted dried earth that has a velvety texture.

This framed work is 22” x 14” x .75”.
