Banksy Heart Collage Diptych

I was inspired by Banksy's graffiti girl with balloon and panda street art stencils. His panda is holding two pistols but my panda is with a balloon - love slipping away or coming to him. I cut up small photographic images of the iconic work and collaged them in the shape of a heart. The heart is made of red painted squares surrounded by black painted squares. The collage is not flat but dimensional. Loves comes to us and leaves us unexpectedly.

Created in 2019.

Each measures 11.5”x11.5”x1.5” and is mounted on wood. They may be purchased individually or a pair.
